Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability and approval.

If the size you received does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size of the same product.

Once we receive your request, our team will review and confirm approval before proceeding.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

A damaged product
A defective product
An incorrect item

Important:

To ensure a smooth resolution, we strongly recommend recording a clear video while unboxing the package. Claims without an unpacking video may not be considered.
